Collaborators

As a group, you will discover what your thought system is and how it influences the way you relate to others. Increasingly subject to pressure for results, to the loss of the sense of their commitment to the company, to incomprehension in the face of directives perceived as contradictory (satisfying the customer but reducing costs), employees face to a new type of stress: existential stress. Faced with this we provide a fun but deep, recreational but active activity, based on "thinking together" as a regular practice freeing speech and providing breathing space from the daily burdens of the company and this at a reasonable cost. This activity is practiced during the collective consultation or workshop.

Human Resources Department

You are on the front line when social tensions arise in the company during reorganizations or changes in strategy, mergers, etc. You are in fact facing employees and unions to listen to their requests and must apply the strategy of the managers...see more. You also provide recommendations for internal training and for the career development of high-level executives. The DIALOGON method allows you to: reduce the stress of employees subject to high pressure, take a step back and give meaning to your commitment to the company to better (re)position yourself internally to develop your career, think better together and therefore work better with your colleagues, clarify communication, foster a culture of openness conducive to creativity and acceptance of change, defuse potentially conflicting situations or managerial tensions to clearly identify problems and deal with them. This method promotes communication between teams, particularly for teams with different cultures: different national cultures, different corporate cultures (working with a partner, with a reconstituted team following a merger or reorganization or of a takeover, working with suppliers or even customers), different business cultures (marketing and R&D, creatives and salespeople, salespeople and technicians, etc.). We offer various intervention methods depending on the needs of your business and which are detailed here

Project teams, Services, Departments, Business Units...

You must be able to work well together to be productive and achieve your goals. The method allows us to treat a subject in depth by thinking together, to learn to listen to each other and to question ourselves rigorously to produce operational concepts. The facilitator encourages participants to clearly express their questions/objections, to consider alternatives to proposals without focusing on positions of principle in order to distance themselves from their own words in order to hear other people's words, not to make his speech is an issue of power or social status but a vehicle of reason to examine, for example, what are the best options to take for a decision concerning his team/department/service. Furthermore, the method allows members to develop a critical spirit which promotes the confrontation of ideas and the production of creative alternatives which would undoubtedly not have seen the light of day in a meeting where the members prefer to say what the leader wants to hear. There is a playful aspect to the method which, by provoking contradiction, also requires us to reconcile with it by proposing new alternatives according to the method of dialectics. For project teams we offer several operating modes: - the philosophy coaching workshop - the meaning construction seminar - the problem identification and resolution mission - direct intervention during project meetings

Managers, team leaders, project leaders

You need to set clear and coherent objectives for your teams, to regularly give feedback to your employees, to evaluate their actions in relation to performance criteria and to maintain their motivation by relying on their strengths and assets. In short, you must constantly produce meaning despite sometimes directives whose purposes you have difficulty perceiving. For you, the DIALOGON method allows you to become aware of your anchors and your vision of the world in order to clarify for yourself the manager you want to be. In addition, by updating your own management practice during our workshops, you can detect behaviors of which you were not aware and which hindered your effectiveness as a manager. Finally, by learning to give meaning to the actions of your employees, they will become more involved and take more initiatives to achieve their objectives. For you we have developed specific training: creating meaning for yourself and your colleagues But you can also choose to improve with your team by organizing or participating in philosophy coaching workshops.
